Maestro Gustavo Dudamel will lead the world premiere of a new work (L.A. Phil commission) by Andreia Pinto Correia for the Los Angeles Philharmonic (May 2-5, 2024) at Walt Disney Concert Hall. The program will feature pianist Maria João Pires performing Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 9 “Jeunehomme” and Don Quixote by Strauss featuring LA Phil Principal Cello Robert deMaine, and Principal Viola Teng Li.
