…e murmurem vossas bocas (…and your mouths shall murmur), for solo oboe, will be performed by soloist Kristin Leitterman at the Gamper Festival of Contemporary Music, in Maine. The work, written in 2011, is inspired by poetic forms and their related ratios, exploring new ways of using rhythmic and melodic ‘modes’ in contemporary music.
